We will aim to post out your item as quickly as possible! Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. We will pop it in the post usually within 24 hrs of your order. We are based in Sydney. The rest is up to Australia Post.

You can combine between 3-12 items depending on the postage option chosen.
Regular post $2.70. Up to 3 large bows OR 6 small bows/scrunchies
Australia Parcel post with tracking $9.20.
Up to 6 large bows OR 12 small bows/scrunc

We operate on a ‘fair and reasonable’ policy. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality. If you are not happy with the products please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items to discuss the issue. We may offer a refund or replacement if the product is faulty.
