We will aim to post out your item as quickly as possible! Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.  We will  pop  it  in  the  post  usually  within  24  hrs  of  your  order. We are based in Sydney.  The  rest  is  up  to  Australia  Post.

If you would your item tracked, you will need to select the ‘parcel post’ option. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for purchases which are lost in the post. There is no tracking available for goods sent via regular post. 

In the unlikely event you receive damaged goods please contact us immediately.

Because our goods are available online only, we have kept the shipping and handling costs as low as possible. 

You can combine between 3-12 items depending on the postage option chosen.

Regular post $2.50. Up to 3 bows  OR  6  scrunchies

Australia Parcel post with tracking $9.20. 

Up to 6 bows  OR  12  scrunchies

Express post with tracking $12.20.

Up to 6  bows  OR  12  scrunchies..

Orders of ready to go stock, with  payments  made by 2pm, Monday to Friday, will be delivered the next business day.

Your items may be shipped in two separate parcels.

 We operate on a ‘fair and reasonable’ policy. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality. If you are not happy with the products please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items to discuss the issue. We may offer a refund or replacement if the product is faulty.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or if you are unhappy about the colour of the item you received.

The items must be returned at the buyers expense, unused with original packaging.

Refunds are offered as per the original payment method and the cost of postage is deducted from the refund amount
